My first meeting usually takes place at the potential
job site, where I
retrieve relevant information from the client and provide a free estimate
for the design. Upon acceptance, the client and I sign a work contract.
After gathering dimensions, photographs, surveys, and other important
information, I develop a preliminary plan for the site. The next meeting
with the client is a review of the preliminary plan to ensure the
client’s
complete satisfaction. The final stage is the production of a master
plan,
to scale, including all information necessary for successful
implementation. French Accent Landscape Architecture only provides
design services, but can also provide contacts with qualified contractors
upon request.
